What a perfect way to start off the month of May (and the start of the Summer Movie Season) then by releasing the third, and final, trailer for the most anticipated film of the season if not the year; The Dark Knight Rises.
The secret to the success of Christopher Nolan trailers, and by extension his film's, is that none of his trailers give away anything at all. He leaves the audience wanting more which makes his trailers more like extended teasers. This trailer is no exception.
