Eli Roth's The Green Inferno Will Not be released in Sept

Deadline has reported that Eli Roth's long awaited homage to Cannibal Holocaust The Green Inferno will not be released on September 5th. Worldview the distribution company releasing the film the has hit a bit of a financial crisis and it's not clear when if ever the movie will surface. It seems like this no-budget film that has been getting pretty high praise on the festival circuit should see the light of day in some form or another. Its just unclear if it will get a theatrical run or be released straight to video. I was really looking forward to seeing this film on the big screen so this news is a bit of a bummer for me. It would have been the first theatrical release for Roth in six years.

Will we get to see this?

I hope so.
