File this one under interesting casting news.  NEON and Topic Studios announced they have co-acquired U.S. rights to Pablo Larraín’s Spencer starring Kristen Stewart (The Twilight Saga franchise) as Princess Diana.  Written by Steven Knight, the drama covers a critical weekend in the early ‘90s, when Diana decided her marriage to Prince Charles wasn’t working, and that she needed to veer from a path that put her in line to one day be queen. The drama takes place over three days, in one of her final Christmas holidays in the House of Windsor in their Sandringham estate in Norfolk, England. Spencer will be produced by Larraín (Jackie, Neruda), along with Fabula partner Juan de Dios Larraín, Jonas Dornbach, Janine Jackowski and Paul Webster.  Production is slated to start in early 2021. Spencer will be released by NEON, with plans to be announced at a later date.

Actress and Miss Asia USA Ashley Park has been cast in a lead role in upcoming web series  Bad Sex With Good People . Park will star in the series with former Cheetah Girls Kiely Williams and Sabrina Bryan, along with General Hospital star Robert Palmer Watkins. Park will play Norah, one of the leads in the series. From the creators of  March Moms ,  Bad Sex With Good People  is being produced by Scene Girls TV. The show will be making its debut on YouTube next month.
