Ann Turner's 1989 horror/drama Celia is a film that has almost been lost to time. It's a powerful film that stars Rebecca Smart in the titular role of Celia, a young girl who is questioning her place in the world after the death of her grandmother. Touching on themes of communism, politics and the desire to own a rabbit, Celia is a brilliant film that is crying out for rediscovery. With thanks to guest hosts David Hart from Pop Culture Case Study and Anya Novak from AnyaWrites.com and Daily Grindhouse , the film is covered in great detail. Even if you haven't seen the film, I highly recommend giving this one a listen. Make sure to follow David on Twitter and support him on Patreon . Follow Anya on Twitter here .
