 Today I'm joined by Dan Mirvish to discuss his latest film, 18 1/2. "18½" acclaimed cast is led by stars Willa Fitzgerald (Amazon’s “Reacher”) , John Magaro (“First Cow”),  Vondie Curtis Hall (“Harriet”),   Catherine Curtin (Netflix’s “Stranger Things”), Richard Kind (“Argo”),  Sullivan Jones (“The Gilded Age”), Alanna Saunders, Claire Saunders, and the legendary voices of Ted Raimi (“Spider-Man”) , Jon Cryer (“Two and a Half Men”), and Bruce Campbell (“Evil Dead”) as President Richard Nixon. The film "18½" humorously crafts its own narrative into the notorious gap in Nixon’s Watergate scandal. Taking place in 1974, "18½" is about a fictional  White House transcriber finds the only copy of the infamous 18½-minute gap in Nixon's Watergate tapes but her attempts to leak it to the press run afoul of hippies, swingers and nefarious forces.

Tribeca 2022: RLJE FILMS NABS RIVULET MEDIA’S “TAURUS” AHEAD OF ITS NORTH AMERICAN PREMIERE AT TRIBECA

RLJE Films, a business unit of AMC Networks, has acquired the North American rights to the dramatic film, TAURUS, ahead of its North American premiere at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival. CASTLE ROCK ENTERTAINMENT TO FILM SEQUEL TO THIS IS SPINAL TAP

After relaunching its film division in October, Castle Rock Entertainment announced their first project out of the gate will be a sequel to the 1984 cult classic This Is Spinal Tap. Academy Award nominated Rob Reiner (When Harry Met Sally, A Few Good Men, The Princess Bride) made his directorial debut and will return as filmmaker Marty DiBergi to helm the sequel, which will reunite David St. Hubbins (Michael McKean), Derek Smalls (Harry Shearer), and Nigel Tufnel (Christopher Guest), the nucleus of England’s loudest and most punctual heavy metal band. This Is Spinal Tap will screen at the Cannes Film Festival as a part of the Cinema de la Plage sidebar on Wednesday, May 18th.  The film was released to critical acclaim in 1984 and went on to become a cult classic. Mads Mikkelsen to Star in Action Spy Thriller THE BLACK KAISER

Mads Mikkelsen will headline the action spy thriller THE BLACK KAISER, directed by Jonas Akerlund (LORDS OF CHAOS, “Clark”), it was announced today.  The film is written by Jayson Rothwell & Mads Mikkelsen and based on the popular Dark Horse graphic novel Polar by Victor Santos and is produced by Jeremy Bolt and Robert Kulzer. Today I’m joined by Director Carey Williams and Writer KD Davila to discuss their Amazon original film EMERGENCY Kunle (Donald Elise Watkins) and his best friend, Sean (RJ Cyler), are both seniors in college about to embark on an epic night of Spring Break parties. Sean has the whole night planned out, including every party they will hit on their “legendary tour.” Kunle is down, yet mostly concerned with finishing up his mold experiment in his lab, as his acceptance to Princeton is hinging on the results. They return to their apartment to pre-game, yet find that their roommate, Carlos (Sebastian Chacon), left the door open.
