Prime Video Unleashes Trailer for Beast Games Season 2 — And a Historic Crossover with Survivor

Prime Video has dropped the much-anticipated trailer for Beast Games Season 2, and with it comes a twist no one saw coming: a full-scale crossover with CBS’s Survivor, complete with an appearance from the legendary Jeff Probst. Premiering January 7, 2026 with a three-episode launch, the new season promises not only higher stakes and bigger challenges, but also a landmark collaboration that fuses two of the world’s most dominant forces in reality competition.

Filmed on location in Fiji—the longtime home of Survivor—the crossover marks the first time the Emmy-winning franchise has stepped into another show’s arena. Rather than a cameo or branding nod, the episode weaves Survivor’s signature DNA directly into the Beast Games format. Contestants will face a hybrid course that marries MrBeast-sized spectacle with the cutthroat mechanics that defined the genre: mid-challenge bribes, strategic curveballs, and the kind of punishing obstacles that have tested castaways for decades. It’s a rare moment where two separate entertainment ecosystems—creator-driven digital content and legacy network television—collide in a way that feels genuinely integrated rather than gimmicky.

The crossover arrives on the heels of Beast Games’ record-breaking first season, which catapulted MrBeast’s competition universe into global prestige TV territory. Season 2 doubles down on scale, pitting “Strong vs. Smart” in a 200-player showdown for a staggering $5,000,000 prize. Expect alliances, betrayals, and challenges designed to stress-test both muscle and mind. If Season 1 asked how far people would go to win—it appears Season 2 asks what they’re willing to become.

Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast) returns as host and executive producer, joined once again by co-creators Sean Klitzner, Tyler Conklin, and Mack Hopkins. Klitzner and Matt Apps serve as showrunners, with a veteran producing team including Michael Cruz, Jeff Housenbold, Michael Miller, Josh Kulic, and Chris Keiper. Conklin steps back into the role of Series Director as the franchise expands its footprint to more than 240 countries and territories via Prime Video.

With its blend of physical spectacle, mental gamesmanship, and now a historic reality-TV crossover, Beast Games Season 2 isn’t just upping the ante—it’s challenging the entire competition genre to keep up.

Explaining the Ending of MULHOLLAND DRIVE

David Lynch’s Mulholland Drive remains one of the most haunting and enigmatic films ever made. It operates like a riddle that refuses to be solved, luring the viewer into a world where time, memory, and identity dissolve into one another. What begins as a mysterious, almost whimsical Hollywood fairy tale gradually transforms into a psychological nightmare. By the end, it’s clear that what we’ve been watching is not a mystery to be unraveled but an emotional landscape, the mind of a woman caught between fantasy and despair. The film tells the story of two women, Betty Elms and Rita, whose lives intertwine after Rita survives a car crash and loses her memory. Betty, a bright and optimistic aspiring actress freshly arrived in Los Angeles, takes her in. Together, they embark on an investigation into Rita’s identity, which unfolds like a noir detective story bathed in dreamlike light. Everything about this world feels heightened: Betty’s charm, the coincidence of events, and the ease with w...

LOCKED Release Info

LOCKED follows Eddie (Bill Skarsgård), a desperate man who breaks into a seemingly empty luxury SUV, only to find himself ensnared in a meticulously crafted trap. His captor? William (Anthony Hopkins), a vigilante with a twisted sense of justice. What starts as a simple break-in quickly spirals into a nightmare, as Eddie struggles to escape a vehicle designed to be his prison. With no way out and an unseen force pulling the strings, survival becomes a race against time in a ride where justice is anything but blind. This 95-minute thrill ride promises to keep audiences on edge by blending elements of survival horror and psychological warfare. Its confined setting turns an everyday luxury vehicle into an inescapable nightmare, and the ride explores themes of morality, punishment, and the true cost of justice. Only in Theaters on March 21. I love a limited-setting horror thriller. With limited settings, the film must rely more on character interactions and internal conflicts to create ten...
